standard HealthPro model, the HealthPro Plus contains a
broad spectrum V5-Cell™ gas phase filter for the
control of gaseous contaminants and odors. The HealthPro
Plus is especially recommended to asthma sufferers,
since their respiratory systems are often sensitized to
gaseous irritants, as well as allergens.
The IQ-200-Plus IQAir
Health Pro Plus is a three filter system that includes a
cleanroom grade HEPA filter, a special V5-Cell™
HiFlow gas filter and a two stage pre-filter. The
V5-Cell™ in the HealthPro Plus contains a blend of 6
pounds of broad spectrum gas and odor control media. The
media is composed of equal parts of uniquely formulated
high-performance activated carbon and activated alumina
impregnated with potassium permanganate. The superb
design and superlative performance of the IQAir Health
Pro Series set it apart from other HEPA-type air
cleaners. This highly efficient unit provides an
outstanding 99.97% particle retention rate,
outperforming ordinary HEPA cleaners by 100 to 1. It
also features the most powerful fan available in the
industry for superior air delivery rates with
ultra-quiet operation. The advanced easy-to-use controls
include six speed settings, an integrated programmable
timer and remote control. A special filter life monitor
tracks the separate performance of each filter and
calculates its remaining filter life. Indicator LEDs
alert you when it’s time to replace filters
