Alpha Lipoic Acid - an important
antioxidant that has been shown to boost the power of other antioxidants such as

Bifidus (bifidobacterium bifidum) -
Abundant in the large intestine, may also be found in lower levels in the

a critical role in the aging process. These bacteria are believed to decline with age,
and thus supplemental use of bifidus may be directly involved with aging. Peer review studies support the use of bifidus in the

Chromium - an important micronutrient
that has been reported capable of dramatically increasing the life span of
rodents. In humans, chromium is most noted for its beneficial effects in

Glutathione is made up of glutamic acid,
