RETURN POLICY
Solutions For Healthy
Living will accept returns within 30 days of receipt subject to
the following terms and conditions; If, within 30 days, you are
not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact Solutions
For Healthy Living for a Return Authorization (RA) number. No
return can be accepted without our prior authorization - Unauthorized
returns will be refused by our Receiving Department. Customer
is responsible for both actual outbound and return shipping and
handling charges. Once we receive an authorized return, a store
credit will be issued for the actual cost of product minus shipping
and handling costs. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Return Policy
Exceptions
WATER PRODUCTS
- Water filtration products or any products that utilize water
are not returnable if used. This includes shower filters, water
filters, humidifiers, dehumidifiers, vapor steam cleaners, etc.
VACUUM CLEANERS
AND AIR CLEANERS - Any air cleaner or vacuum cleaner
returned within 30 days from shipment date. If returned, store
credit will be issued for actual cost of product minus actual
shipping and handling costs. If returned vacuum or air cleaner
shows any signs of careless, excessive, intentional or commercial
use or abuse (such as carbon filters, replacement pads or ozone
plates loaded with excessive amounts smoke, chemicals, etc.),
the unit us non-returnable.
ALL IQAIR PRODUCTS
- (Including, but not limited to, IQAir HealthPro, IQAir HealthPro
Plus, IQAir Multi-Gas units.) Any IQAir products returned can
be returned within 30 days of shipment. When returned, a store
credit will be issued for actual cost of product minus actual
shipping and handling costs.
UN-USED VAPOR
STEAM CLEANERS – Any returned un-used vapor steam
cleaners can be returned within 30 days. When returned, a store
credit will be issued for actual cost of product minus actual
shipping and handling costs. (Used vapor steam cleaners are not
returnable.)
FILTERS/CARTRIDGES
– Only new, un-opened replacement filters may be returned
within 30 days.
BEDDING
- Due to health regulations, we have had to develop a no returns
policy on bedding. The only exceptions would be in the unlikely
event of manufacturer's defects (this would be replaceable under
our warranty program) or our shipping error (we will reship the
product). So please make sure that you want the product before

JUICERS
- Only new, un-used juicers may be returned within 15 days. Juicers
are not returnable if used. When returned, a store credit will
be issued for actual cost of product minus actual shipping, handling
and outbound freight costs.
WHOLE HOUSE
WATER FILTERS, CENTRAL AIR CLEANERS AND COMMERCIAL AIR CLEANERS
- Due to the high shipping cost of these items, any returned whole
house water filter, central air cleaner or commercial air cleaner
is returnable within 30 days of shipment date. When returned,
a store credit will be issued for actual cost of product minus
actual shipping, handling and outbound freight costs.
SPECIAL ORDER
ITEMS - Special Order Items are non returnable.
ITEMS PURCHASE
WITH STORE CREDIT - Items purchased with store credit
are non returnable.
